Chief Financial Officer | 首席财务官

 

An experienced Project Manager with a background in Engineering, Sophia manages the accounting, tax-wise strategic planning, and legal aspects of the business to ensure that all projects are held accountable to scheduling and budgetary demands.  Her expertise in pro forma modeling, corporate bookkeeping, and risk management are all instrumental to WPI's success, and serve to shape our standard operating procedures.

 

赵芳荣女士拥有工程学背景，是一位有丰富经验的项目经理。赵女士负责管理企业账户，进行税务规划和处理公司运行的相关法律事务，确保工程进度以及预算开支。她关于制定预算，管理企业帐目，以及风险管理的专业知识，不但对于完美地产的成功起到了重要的作用，而且塑造了公司标准化的工作流程。

 

 

 

Hayes Shair, AIA | 佘海思

Vice President,  Entitlements and Land Acquisition | 副总裁，土地购买与授权

 

Licensed as an architect and experienced in all facets of construction from schematic design through construction administration, Hayes is the lead on every WPI project from entitlements through final sale.  With 10 years experience as a practicing professional, he is involved in all aspects of entitlement management including consultant coordination, neighborhood outreach, contract negotiations, critical path modeling, and pro forma valuation.  Additionally, he is also in charge of forward planning for WPI, being involved in land acquisition, seller negotiations, and due diligence.

 

佘海思先生作为一名注册建筑师，拥有从初步设计到施工监理不同类型的项目经验。佘先生主导从土地授权到最终销售的完美地产的每一个项目。超过10年专业经验，使他游刃有余地参与土地授权的各个方面，涵盖协调顾问团队，走访社区，合同谈判，关键路径建模和预算估价等方方面面。此外他还负责管理完美地产公司的远景规划，参与土地购买，销售谈判和项目调查。
